CHR Professionals Meet Bangalore – Highlights & Photos
Saturday 28th June 2008 Venue: Abhishek Hotel, Bangalore
3.00 PM – Rain started drizzling. 3.30 Onwards people start coming. The delay of people assembling is due to Saturday Shopping Mania and Karnataka Film Chamber’s Election(KFCCI office is situated just behind the venue of the HR Meet) and people got struck in traffic jam, and struggled to get parking.
3.50 PM. Registrations at the entrance started. Participant’s entered their details in the form. A folder containing Promentor Consulting Profile, Scribbling Pad and a Pen sponsored by Promentor Consulting distributed at the registration counter to all the participants.
4.05 PM: The program started with the introduction by Ms.Manasa
4.10PM : Mr.Anoop of Skett Services, welcomed the gathering
4.15PM : The presentation by Mr.Ahmed Ali, MD of Cornucopia on the topic Credibility of HR. The presentation was fun filling with short stories and humor.
5.00PM : Interactive session
5.05 PM : Self Introduction by the Participants
5.15 PM : Presentation by Mr.Srinivas Raju, President & Lead Consultant, of P& C, and MD of Dr.Insurance. The presentation was really an eye opener to all the HR Professionals on how to choose the right employee benefit scheme. What are the things to be considered while designing such policies and get the optimal benefits out of it?
5.45 PM. Interactive session
5.55PM : Self Introduction by the Participants (Remaining people)
6.05PM : Presentation by Mr.Suresh Kumar & Mrs.Sujatha Suresh Kumar, Corporate Trainers from Pravarra, Chennai. The presentation highlighted the change & managing the change in work and life was explained beautifully by Suresh & Sujatha respectively. The presentation by them got ended with a small yoga exercise, which rejuvenated all the participants’ on a dull rainy evening.
6.40PM: Vote of Thanks by Ms. Vijayalakshmi of Em Power Research who are also co sponsored the event,
6.45 PM – Presentation of Momentous to the Guest Speakers by Mr.Dasa of GCI, Mr.Raaj of Promentor Consulting, Mr.Anoop of Skett Services
