Change of domain

Hi everyone,

I have been working in recruitment for the past 2.5 years and now I just seem to enjoy any part of it! I just want to change my domain of experience into something else...mostly technical....Can anyone suggest me how I can do it? I don't have a technical degree..just an MBA (HR)

Please help with your suggestions. I am just at the point of losing everything!

I did not understand your post. You enjoy every part of it or you dont enjoy any part of it...do let me know and then i shall try and help you.

Thanks for your reply. I don't enjoy working in recruitment or HR anymore

I don't know why I took HR in the first place in my MBA. Maybe I am more fit for a technical role..software development....Now that I have around 3 years of exp, I donno how to do a switch. I will really appreciate your suggestions.
