Default Change of domain

Hi everyone,

I have been working in recruitment for the past 2.5 years and now I just seem to enjoy any part of it! I just want to change my domain of experience into something else...mostly technical....Can anyone suggest me how I can do it? I don't have a technical degree..just an MBA (HR)

Please help with your suggestions. I am just at the point of losing everything!

Thanks
Deep

Hi Deep,

May be you can look at learning SAP and then try to look out for a Functional Consultant position.

Or Companies take people with a particular domain experience as trainees or associate consultants and then train them on ERP packages.

This is just a suggestion and if you like it, you can proceed further.

Hi Siva,

I have done SAP HR course from a private institute but came to realise that you can only crack a job in it in you fake your profile which I am not sure of doing it. What do you suggest?
