Thanks for providing employee law in PDF, But I understand that the material posted in this thread is authored by renowned personality on labour laws-Mr. H.L.Kumar and is published in his books and labour law referencer which is a copyright material.
the PDF file does not even acknowledge the author and reference. Is it correct and ethical on our part..?

Can you please guide me on the followings
My H.O. is in N.Delhi, I am at Angul's Power Plant. We are getting our salary from HO. This plant is just started, i.e. Land acquisition work is in prograss. We are 25 employees over here whose PF is being deducted from HO. We have taken Principal Employer Certificate. Now what are the register is to be mentained and what are the returns is to be furnised from Angul Office?

Does any one have some info or PDF on what basis can one sue or take the Co to court for sending any employee give his resignation or been asked to go home without valid proof about work performance.

It is disgusting on part HR professional to evade copyright and keeps on posting others creation.
If one can not anything of own better go out of forum atleast - if can not leave the profession for obvious reason.

You have to ensure that the person who have worked 48 hrs in a week and if works beoynd 48 hrs in a that period is to be of the normal rate of wages. If he works less than 48 hrs in a week, the period upto 48 hrs is to be paid at single rate.For national holidays the rate shall be twice of the normal wages and one holiday it mean three times of his normal wage
