org structure require of US MANUFACTURING

Dear all

I am with SUZLON GROUPS & looking over here L&D, EVENTS & PMS. Also looking after new upcoming projects in US.
do you have any idea/site or person who can me guidelines in the US Manufacturing Units organization/departmental structures.
Because I am not aware about the norms & rules of US, which position is compulsorily fulfilled for e.g. In India factory manager, welfare officer these type of position just I want any department or org structure.
I don’t want information any confidential data.
