Hi,
I hv a question that in an interview when recruiters ask what is HR then what answer should candidate for this so that recruiters feel satiesfied n we can grab the job...plz help me as soon as possible for members,i mwaiting for ur replys.

This is the answer i would have given in the interview....Human Resource is "the department which deals with the analysing and developing the most important resource of any organisation i.e manpower of the company"......
"Its the task of HR personnel to see that welfare of the people and company are met out in synchronization with each other and both of them are getting benefitted from the same"...

Hi Rekha,

Am just giving you a detailed HR report, you can pick some points from this.

The function of Human Resources departments is generally administrative and common to all organizations. Organizations may have formalized selection, evaluation, and payroll processes. Efficient and effective management of "Human Capital" has progressed to an increasingly imperative and complex process. The HR function consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes personal histories, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary. To reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities, organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes by introducing specialized Human Resource Management Systems.
Currently Human Resource Management Systems encompass:
  1. Payroll
  2. Work Time
  3. Benefits Administration
  4. HR management Information system
  5. Recruiting
  6. Training/ Learning Management System LMS
