Question Labor Welfare

Hi there!!!!

This is Shonam here. m doing a summer training project on employee welfare in an organization. I need some info regarding labor welfare particularly, i mean factory laborers....like various welfare activities for them.....what is there and what should or must be there. Actually i have to prepare a questionnaire for the survey regarding my project. So.. can anyone help me....!!!! Pllleeeezzzz!!!!

Sonam Im a Welfare Officer and Im handling Labr Welfare Problems. If u want to make questionnaire i can help u. Because in every factory/organization has followed Factory Act 1948, if u r in Delhi u can learn Delhi Factory Rule.

Please read Contract Labour Act. as well to find out how Welfare and other utilisation of factory premises are same rights to the contract workers too. eg. enjoying recreation activities, and benefits of pf,esi and increament under the Minimum wages Act, twice (revices like April to Sept. and Oct. to March)in a year.
