Talent Sourcing (Recruitment) Hi All,
I am from Malaysia and I am posting this question on 'Job Fit' and 'Culture Fit' placement into positions within a company. This is even more acute when we are looking for talents from other countries.
I would like to know how your company dealt with the above ?
In my company, I used a few assessment tools such as profiling, ability tests, relevant work experience, etc to map closely the competencies required for a specific job.
Culture fit is a bit more tricky. Culture is not just the different work culture but also the the multiculture (race, religion, etc)
