What is the best way to get job in USA or Canada for HR prof

Hi

Greetings.

This is really a nice platform where we all can share our idea and can
have information on the topic realted to the field of HR.

Please guide what is the best way to get a job in USA or Canada for Hr
professionals , like Finance people can go for investbanking option and
Software people get onsite with Companies what is the best way to get a
job in US in a sense of Onsite or permanent job there where u dont
have to spend money on consultant fees and can get job fr Abroad

Dear Karuna and Raveesh,

When people are coming back to India why do you want to go to US. India is the most happening place now.
