Hello Seniors
On my target sheet one of the projects is "Exit Interview". From the current practice of holding exit interview with concerned employee by respective HR Manager/Head, I want the same to be put on the intranet. Would request your advise and suggestions  how to go about it and also it's possible success rate.

Hi Sangeeta

I will speak from my experience. The company in which I work has Exit Interviews conducted via intranet, where employees are required to fill up the form after the acceptance their resignation. However, 90% of the times, employees donot take it seriously and ultimately the HR has to fill up the forms!! Doesnt really serve any purpose.

Depending on who is most likely to fill up the exit interview forms ( that'll be your high attrition department), there needs to be proper communication on the same by the higher ups...it doesnt really help because when the employee is leaving, he couldnt care less what the upper management thinks. But it'll achieve the purpose in the case of employees who want to part on good terms with the organization.

Dear Richa
Thank you for your views.
Even myself and the management is aware of these facts. It becomes far more difficult when you have almost 30% employees in the field, who do not have direct access to internet/intranet. However, I just wanted to know if somehow, filling up exit interview form can be made mandatory for the concerned employee before his accounts with the company are settled. Is is feasible to do that? How can it be done?
