 Help required from all
Hi All,
My company has started of with cost cutting and from each department they are asking people to leave the organisation. They have mainly targeted tenured employees so that they can cut on the cost . Like in HR department 7 people are asked to leave and I am one among them.
I have completed 5 years with this organisation , 2years with operations and 3 years with HR . I am working as a Senior HR Executive and i have experience in Onboarding, recruitment and employee relations.
They have given me 1 month's time to secure a job . I am really very upset about the entire episode and worried about how I will manage my responsibilities.
Request you all to help me and let me know if there are any openings in Bangalore.
