hi,
i have come across a few Trainers , who claim to be certified in the certain set of skills of Training.
are there institutes / colleges that provide these certification..
which are he best or better ones ...

Dear Milind,

for basic certification of Training ISTD (Indian Society of Training & Development) [checkout the url ISTD Diploma ] is the main governing & autonomous body for T & D from Govt of India.

while for higher level of training certification you can opt for
Six Sigma
TQM
CMM/ ISO

...
