Default feedback on salary structure

Hi All,

I am enclosing our salary structure sheet for the group members to comment on. We are a pvt. ltd company and this salary structure is for working whole time directors. Your comments will help us a lot in designing a tax efficient break. in the enclosed sheet i have also included a tentative tax calculation.
look forward to receiving your comments. thank you for the attention and feedback.
best wishes

Hi!

What you have made in the XL sheet is not a salary structure. It's a presentation of the list that comprises the salary component in your ccompany. I am curious what made you say that it is a salary structure.

A salary structure is a design of the overall compensation plan in an organization. It is composed of three (3) critical parts, namely: Job Grades, Positions Covered, and Salary Rates Structure.

A salary structure is designed like a curve and encompases range structures that may be either of the following schemes: no overlap, moderate overlap, & substantial overlap. It normally shows the following information: minimum rate, midpoint rate, maximum rate, the overlaps, the range spread, and mid-point progression.

In designing a salary structure, you need to decide on the following aspects: range spread, degree of overlap, and payline policy.

I think your organization needs urgent professional help.
