service agreement

dear all,

i am Brinda Shah working as Asst. Manager - HR in Preengineered Buildibg company, we are recruiting a senior person in our company and we want him to sign an agreement where he agrees that he will work with us atleast for 3 years, or he needs to pay certain portion of his CTC. the same would be done if the breach is from the company's side.

please help me if anybody has a draft for service agreement please mail to me at
