Hi Friends,

I am in the process of salary Computation.

Can anyone provide with the rates of Labour Welfare Fund for all states. It would be a great help.

Is there no one who can provide details of rates of labour welfare of various states.

Come on Friends is there no one who has the rates. If I get it each statesie. I will compile it and put it on the site.

State Emp.share Emr. Share

Delhi 0.25 ............. 0.75
Haryana 5/- ............ 10/-
Mumbai 12/- ............ 36/-
Kolkatta 03/- ............. 06/-

Tamil Nadu labour welfare Fund :
Employee contr - Rs.5/- Employer contr-Rs.10/-

Karnataka labour welfare fund
Employee contr - Rs.3/- Employer contr-Rs.6/-

Dear Rakeh Mishra,

The detail of Labour welfare fund in Punjab is as under:-

Employee Contrbution Rs1/- and Employer Contrbution is Rs2/-Per Month

Dear Friends,

All who have quoted the rates for their respective states, I request you all to please specify in which month we need to make the payment & to whom.

In Mumbai we need to calculate the dues on the basis of the payroll of June & December and to be paid to "The Welfare Commissioner" by cash or by cheque in f/o "Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund".

Also please note there is no contribution payable to the Managerial Cadre Employees & Supervisors who are drawing the salary more than Rs.3000/-.

Note for Pooja / Rakesh: You want to put the rates on site you said. please specify which site.
