Default coverage of PF

sir,
In My Organisation there is more than 150 worker are working but 100 are weekly or casual worker they are receiving 90 Rs per day ,and covered under ESI and 50 worker are covered under esi and pf. I want to ask that is it good or we are ignoring the Govt Rule?,and what we should do.

Dear Nishant
yes,your should deduct provident fund from first day ,let it be permanent,casual,weekly,daily or monthly worker.P F to be deducted like ESI from day one.so it is illegal ,u should deduct for all workers.

Yes, you should deduct PF also for all the employees.

Yes, you should deduct pf for all employees from day one. This is serious mistake that you are not deudcting pf of 100 workers.

You have to deduct pf & esi in any case from the day of their joining.
