There is an opening for senior executive/Executive in the Training & Development function of one of the top5 Indian IT company. Position is based at Electronic city, Bangalore. He/She will be responsible for all technical trainings happening in the location & nearby locations covering around 3000 employees.
Job Description:
v Front ending with project managers to find out the training needs
v Finding suitable trainer, internally & externally
v Negotiating with Vendors
v Following the laid down processes & metrics
v Implementing the various learning programs initiated from time to time
v End to end training coordination
Desired candidate profile:
v Graduate/Post graduate with 1 to 3years of experience in similar role
v Good communication & negotiation skills
v Should be accountable & flexible
v Preferably should be in the age group of 25 to 35
