Dear all i need a standig order related to sugar industries
any can send me the copy of the same or give any reference
or any legal gudience or any way can help in this regard?

Normally Standing Orders are framed in consultation with representatives of employees and it differs from industry to industry and firm to firm in the same industry. However, there are some points which are normally taken care of while drafting standing orders. Similarly, there is a model standing orders given in the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act itself. Please go through it. For your ready reference please get it from the PPt attached.

Dear HR friend

i am attaching a copy of standing order. u can modify as you wish. Better compare with Model standing order applicable for your state.Get signs from union representatives or form employees representatives. Last month only i got the certification for my factory in Tamil nadu. if you are having any doubt please contact me
