Dear Venkat,
The best software to make organisation structure or flowcharts is MS Visio. Part of the MS office available at extra license fee, check with your office.

Hello Everyone,

I quite new to this forum, I mostly find myself only lost in reading through the posts.

Now, I see that there is something that I can add value/tip to. Try mind manager pro 7.0. It is a trial download for 30 days. Try it once, it not only makes org charts painlessly but also other kinds of flow charts and decision making charts.
