Reward and recognition program

Hi,

I am working in a software Company.
We are looking at building a reward and recognition program for the purpose of Employee motivation and a retention tool.
Presently the company does not have any recognition program.

Please assist me in building this program .
I would like to make a policy, parameters to be considered for identifying the resource, how often should it be done, eligibility criteria, etc...

Please help me by providing your valuable inputs .

Hi Priya,

Even me too working on the same policy. I just arrived to 25 rewar programs and put to my management. Once we discuss again which would fit for the organization we will be setting/design the criterion for them.
