Hr policy for termination - company closing
Dear all would require your guidance on followings my sister is working with a company last week her company given her termination letter with one month notice due to her company closing their business. this letter has been given to all the employees of the company. as per letter company s given notice period ends on 15th of april. her company expects all the employees to work till last date 15th apr 13 company has paid the salary to all the employee till 31st march13. and company will paid salary for next 15 days on last day of the work as per termination letter. have following queries: 1 does employee needs to work for a company after receiving termination letter with one month notice. 2 also i feel company is not paying additional salary as per termination policy they are paying salary for worked/ working days. please give me your expert advice. i truly believe company is cheating all the employee

Dear all i would request seniors for a kind suggestion on below issue. one of my brothers worked for one mnc for about 18 months and due to one very minor mistake the management has terminated him during lockdown period. he is asking for an experience letter and relieving letter. but this is the reply from company s hr "i am afraid as per company policy since it is a termination case we do not provide relieving letter.". now my brother got a new job in other reputed company. he submitted the documents like appointment letter and last drawn payslip except for releiving/experience letter from previous organization. the challenge here is the new company is asking the previous company acceptance letter/experience letter/ relieving letter. without that it is difficult my brother to prove 18 months gap. i would request seniors guidance here on how to proceed further and get a relieving / experience letter from the organization. which would really help him prove 18 months work experience in previous organization. will that effect new job if previous organizations don t provide a certificate? or do we have to stop asking for a relieving letter and forget previous 18 months experience? kindly suggest thanks and regards
Query related termination letter of employee
Hi everyone we have terminated one employee in probation period for his misbehave with seniors and company managing director. for his exit formalities he is not ready to sign on termination letter and asking for relieving letter and experience letter.also we have not given him one month salary as he was in probation period. one month back we extended his probation. we have sent email to him for his extension of probation but we don t have any physical letter of the same. we have told him clearly that in case of termination under code of conduct we can t give you relieving letter and experience letter. but now he is still misbehaving and giving threatening for legal. he is denying for signing the termination letter. i want to confirm that at the time of termination if employee refuse to sign on the termination letter which is given by the company.what action do we need to take. please suggest. thanks shiavni

Dear senior i m working in a manufacturing company and our company is going to become limited from 1st april 2012 my doubt is if we want to take the employee from the previous company to limited we have to give them termination letter first and then again appointment letter on the letter head of limited company. so i want to ask like is this procedure ok??? or some other procedure and i want a sample of termination letter for the same.its very urgent. thankx and regards dimple patkar sr.executive hr
