Absent from work for months - how to terminate such employees?
dear citehr friends.. i m working as a personnel officer for a steel industries 3 of our employees are been absent since last 2 months.. till now i have not sent any warning notice to any of them...i came to know that out of 3 one joined in some organisation and another one out of 2 is not sincere and 3rd one remained absent after taking first months salary... however my organisation doesn t want such people... so we want to terminate.. kindly suggest and advise how to do?? pls. give the procedure and format of the termination. pls post replies... regards. arbindo patro

Hi i am from the hr department one of my company employee fresher joined as trainee which have taken leaves of 3 days just after 25 days after joining when he not came on 5th day we called him and he has given some false excuses for not coming and not even given a date when he will come to office now after 13 days he called to his hod and ask for some more leaves but not confirmed when he is coming. now other his workmate following him as we have hired a batch from institute few of them looking serious in work and the following rule of company so i want to terminate him as per my term and condition we can terminate the offer without notice for continuous absenteeism.

Hi i am bhuwnesh working in it farm in noida u.p i had joined the company on the 30th of october 2018 as cloud operation specialist. my the work from home was initiated from the 20th of march 2020. on the same day evening my team lead mention on the chat that he is free from all the services/task/work without any reason and from the day forth no work was assigned to my client and marked his attendance as absent and also deducted the salary whereas i was every day on routine login on the office time. i was contacted to hr and vp operations and they did not take any action and marked absent. from the bringing of april month to the date my attendance is also marked absent. my official and professional id and all access are barred by the company without sharing any reason behind only state that they will discuss once the lockdown ends. the intensions are so clear to terminate me from the company. can someone please help me and suggest what to do so my company not terminate me.

Hi i need anyone s advice on how i can terminate my employee for misbehavingshe would sometimes absent from work with late notice or one time without even a notice. i have given her verbal warning and yesterday she left work 6hrs early because she felt like we did not value her work because we were complimenting this other employee of how good he was. she made it sound like we do not appreciate her hard work but honestly she has not been following the standard procedures at all. she have been working for about 3months now on a probation status. so any legal advice on how i can terminate her? thank you in advance

If a person is absent on a day before two holidays and weekly off and again absent on next day. then what action should be taken in this case 1 is the person should be marked absent for all days 2 or should be marked absent for particular absent days. kindly help.
Can we terminate a resigned employee for absconding?
I am a part of a software firm mnc headquartered in maharashtra that has a notice period of 3 months. one of our employees resigned on basis of personal reasons and mentioned his last day to be 10 days later. on 14th day he sent an email saying he cannot continue and left. he also mentioned that he did not have any pending handovers and company properties and asked to do his fnf by taking salary in leiu of remaining notice. we have sent him show cause notice 2 times and he replied back saying that he has already resigned and wants us to relieve him and we are harassing him by forcing to join back when he is ready to pay the notice pay. we do not have notice buyout policy. i want to terminate this employee to set an example but have a few questions 1. what can he do legally in this case? 2. can we terminate him on grounds of unauthorized absenteeism?
