Hi All,

Nice to so many interested in being a part of Ignited Minds Group.Garima,nice to c ur posting back on the site.Garima,Runa & myself & our friends have been the initial drivers for the group and we had met twice as already stated by garima,u ll can even see our group snap in the same local forum along with the minutes meetings.
I am working as an HR professional in one of our Multiplexes in Chandigarh.We can have another meeting again.We normally had kept 2nd Satuday's as our meeting days,if ull feel it ok do get in touch we can organise it again.

Dear All,

Going a step ahead ...it will be great if all of us can meet on a plateform to share the the ideas. We can make a formal group of HR professionals and organise monthly or quarterly get togethers.

As the issues in a perticular region are almost same for every organisation. So it will be great if we can give it a shot....

Nate:- Would like to hear special comments from seniors........
