Reg your query, I know of ISTD and AIMA who run Train the Trainer programs and can help you to become a certified trainer.
These will be generic TTT certification. The next step could be getting certified in specific programs. Let me know if you have further queries.

Yes AH&LA has this course. As part of this course, you will be given some reading material which you have to study and appear for an exam.
You will also be required to video a session that you may conduct in your current organization and send it.
Subsequent to your qualification in both the theory as well as practical session, you will be awarded with this certificate.
