Default Recruiter's Incentive Structure

Dear All,

Can any of you help me to understand the incentive structure of the recruiters working in a corporate firm.

As the recruiter role is much wider in scope with a Corporate organization we would like the incentive structure not to be related to the CTC of the hires.

So what are the other possible ways we can have the incentive structure?

Hi,Incentives have to be over and above CTC. now for recruiters you could plan somthing like this:1- A small portion to be paid the day candidate joins2 - A bigger chunk on completion of three months and3 - A small portion again on completion of six months. This way the money that is allocated for each resource to the recruiter is staggered over a period rather then giving out all at one go.Cordially, preet
