I am doing a project on formulation of hr policies in a company, the company has the following policies: recruitement, code of conduct, attendance, security, performance appraisal, t&d, retention, working hours, and discipline policy, can anbody please help me to draft a questionnaire to b asked to the employees working out there, its a part of my project, based on this questionnaire iv to do data analysis please help me out..................
