 Local Consulting to Manage Conflict
Dear All, Greetings  Communication gap with improper expectations management causes conflict , be it at personal level or professional level. Its also a fact that conflict is a part of life as there is always communication followed by undesiarable human perception and then conflict due to various psychographic reasons of persons communicating to one another. I am starting this new thread to invite members having similar experiences to join hands to resolve any conflict happening at a forum level of Orissa State. A journey of mile begins with a step.
