Hi,

I want which law books we (as HR) can use for the Salary and wages, laws related to any IT company. Laws which are compulsory for any organization in the Maharashtra.

Please suggest for the same Site or book or any?

Factories Act, Workmen Compensatkion Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Paymnet Of Wages Act, Equal Renumeration Act, Payment Of Bonus Act, Paymnet Of Gratuyity Act., Employees Pf Act Etc
