This is Divya Nambiar from XIME, Bangalore.
I am currently pursuing my summer internship with MaFoi Consultants. As a part of my summer project, i have to prepare a comparative analysis of the best HR practices / HR Services in the companies in India.
It would be of great if you would be interested to help me out in this project by answering the questionnaries that i am sending across before 23rd of this month. Please let me know if you have any problem while answering these questions.
I would also provide a copy of the consolidated report to your company for participating in this research.
Waiting for your response.
Did you pilot the questionnaire to iron out any problems that the respondents may face?
It appears not, based on a couple of observations. For example, unless you state to which level of employees the questions refer to the responses could be very different. Thus if two different responders reply you without referring to the position of the job they had in mind when responding, you may have difficulty in interpreting them.
Have a nice day.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at Research Projects and Author Workshops at http://www.citehr.com/105093-publish...-journals.html and my post at http://www.citehr.com/72982-need-urg...roject-hr.html
I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see http://www.citehr.com/169605-mba-pro...sertation.html where an MBA project is attached as an example.
A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. Please also see the post by naveeis4u at http://www.citehr.com/179861-employe...ion-level.html to see the type of background information that will be of help in designing questionnaires.
Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr http://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
Please read the post by Sayansayu at questionnaire or welfare measures - reg
