can anyone pls share me a format on how to make a no-objection certificate or a sample perhaps?

Please help me to implement CTC in my company. My company wants that PF FROM EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE MUST BE DEDUCTED FROM EMPLOYEE SALARY ? IS IT CORRECT ? :sad:

Please reply me as early as possible.
