Dear All
can any body tell me what is all about earned leave policy and how do we get these paid.

We have a good data bank in all the sectors especially in IT / Non-IT/ Manufacturing/ Sales & Marketing and BPO . We are running a Job and Career Portal for the Last 4 Years (OrissaJob.Com) and currently Launching anther Job Portal (Asia-Pacific) (TopVacancy.Com) (As Currently both the Portals are migrating to a common Plat Form and Server…Facing some problems) assuring our clients to give our best if an opportunity to stand with their company and fulfilling all of their requirements as being provided by the organization.


We are looking for Board of Directors / Independent Directors (Advisors) for the New Venture (TopVacancy.Com) , who can give a clear Vision to the Newly Born One. This Post requires extensive experience in HR, preferably with Born Entrepreneur Attitude to drive the Organization in to newer heights with Profit Sharing Options (8% of Gross Profit P.A with ESOP after 2 Years) and also looking for Members (Free of Cost) those who can drive the Organization by sharing their Knowledge and experience in their fields with the same Profit-Sharing Options(3 % of Gross Profit Per Annum but without ESOP, Can be given the option to become Directors- Independent Operations after which ESOP will be Applicable) as we are planning to come out with our First IPO in 2012.
