Dear All Cite HR Members ! I took an opportunity to introduce ourselves to Cite HR’s good self that we are the leading HR out Sourcing company *Calyx & Corolla HR Consultants* and it would be our pleasure to let Cite HR’s Members know about our company and the services we provide.
As in short I would let you know little about our company that we are a team of Dedicated and well experienced HR Professionals from Berhampur University (PGCMS-Batch-1998-2000).Though we are in the recruitment from past Four years, currently we are in to Head Hunting, RPO, Temping, Flexi Staffing, Candidate Screening and Verification Process, Pay Roll Out sourcing , Facility Management Services.We have given our best efforts to the clients we are dealing with and become there first source of getting Resources. We have a good data bank in all the sectors especially in IT / Non-IT/ Manufacturing/ Sales & Marketing and BPO . We are running a Job and Career Portal for the Last 4 Years (OrissaJob.Com) and currently Launching anther Job Portal (Asia-Pacific) (TopVacancy.Com) (As Currently both the Portals are migrating to a common Plat Form and Server…Facing some problems) assuring our clients to give our best if an opportunity to stand with their company and fulfilling all of their requirements as being provided by the organization. We are looking for Board of Directors / Independent Directors (Advisors) for the New Venture (TopVacancy.Com) , who can give a clear Vision to the Newly Born One. This Post requires extensive experience in HR, preferably with Born Entrepreneur Attitude to drive the Organization in to newer heights with Profit Sharing Options (8% of Gross Profit P.A with ESOP after 2 Years) and also looking for Members (Free of Cost) those who can drive the Organization by sharing their Knowledge and experience in their fields with the same Profit-Sharing Options(3 % of Gross Profit Per Annum but without ESOP, Can be given the option to become Directors- Independent Operations after which ESOP will be Applicable) as we are planning to come out with our First IPO in 2012.
