Hi Sir,
Thank You very much for your reply,
I need to set process flow for each department, and put complete policies into place, As said there is no process or policies in the company.
I have been trying to set from a long time, I made all the process flow, but still my boss wants more.
I want your suggestions on that, so that I can figure out what I have missed and what to add on,
My company HQ in bgl, branches in delhi and mumbai, we are in the event field from the past 9 yrs and much before. I am 1.3+ yrs old in this company.
The Major problem here is that many objections comes from the management. Everything is dependent upon one person, he never understands things, we all tried our best to make him understand, Where what is going wrong, But.........
So please give me your suggestion on how to proceed further.
Thanking You,

Hi:
In the organisation, if you want to bring any kind of chnage, you need to have your top management support first and then your employees.
Top mgmt support can only be abtanied when you are able to justify your point and can show some value add after bringing in those changes. I do not think, your decision making authority is not in favour of any kind of change but he/she may be scared of the results of those changes. You being a HR is accountable to get the things done which are in favour to the employees an dcreate an congile environment where employees love to come and work.
To start with, you can put the sytem in place of Payroll & compensation, Training and development, Recruitment & selection, Performance appraisal.
