Thanks to VK Saini and Vinit for posting questionnaires. However, be careful about using questionnaires used by others. Some questionnaires I have seen combine two factors in a question and that could pose problems for the respondents. For example, in the questionnaire posted by VK Saini, for the statement "My superiors/HODs clearly communicate our goals and Strategies." how should one respond, if the goals are clearly communicated but the strategies are not communicated? Similarly, items 2.3, 5.3, etc. Narasimhan |
