Dear Sohini,

You have already made the plan. Thank you very much for such an excellant I D E A.
It means you have completed half of the job. The rest is collective effort which need to be put in place to make it succsess.

Cite Hr platform is a good one for this purpose.

In fact I also had taken some effort to make such a platform for a specific type of industry. But did not take a matured shape.
