 Require guidance regarding specialization in HR Issues
Hello!
I am an HR Executive with 2+years experience in IT Sector. In these 2+years I worked majorly on Recruitment and Induction and also worked on Payroll, Training Coordination.Now I want to get specialized in any of the areas HR like Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Payroll and Compensation etc., Can anyone guide with some more specializations, the institutes which provide training in these areas and tell me which area would be fetching in long run ?
