Grade and salary table

Dear All

As my company's employee strength has grown from 200 to 750 employees with various new designations can anyone please provide me with a sample grade and salary chart as I have to review and introduce a new grading structure.

So that it will be easy for me to implement the same in my company so I request all of you especially from Dubai real estate field to send me the sample grading structure with designations and salaries so that I can work out a better one based on the same.
