Dear Friends,

I am unable to understand one point that why we respond to the reminders only. I have requested for some information from the colleagues working for Hospital & Medical diagnostics industry, found 17 fiends gone through my posting and no one has responded. We as HR personnel will be talking about the team work, coordination / cooperation among our employees but we don't follow. How this can be.
Now once again I appeal all the colleagues working for Hospital & Medical diagnostics industry to forward the details of the % increments given in the last year for their respective employees. I am new to the industry and wants to know the trend.
