- First setup your location which is wellKnown to people. (Address)
- Register your company name according to the prevailing Legal Acts there. (Factories act/ shops and eshtablishment act etc)

Aquiring Clients:

I have an Idea check out this if you feel comfortable.

- Hire a graduate with min package who has good communication skills and know the area well.
- you will ask him only to go visit the offices / companies and get the concerned persons Visiting card or phone number and drop your card there.
- You will take an appointment with the help of the card or number provided by your guy and reach them personally for making a deal.
- You have to prepare an agreement copy which will be valid for certain period andincludes the terms and conditions and also teh service fee etc.....!!!

One important thing i would share with you is dont make contacts only for business make contacts for relationship. Automatically you will get business in certain time period from all the people whom you are maintianing relationship.
