Default HR jobs in the future

Hi friends ,I am working as a Asst Mgr - HR in a reputed company.But friends it comes to my mind ,as HR is in demand presently ,will it be in demand in future too ? as there was less demand for Hr's earlier.is it a temporary boom or it is going to be a long time?pls share your views regardsRajeev

hi
the importance of hr professional is great...but is their ample opportunity to expand in this field.wht is the average package for a fresh MBA wid specialization in HR

Hi ,this is a good question.according to my opniun there is scope to expand in this field.but one should have good experience in various aspects of HRM and secondly one has to keep himself always updated with the new trends in the field.Package depends on the type of comapny your joining.M.N.C's pay more as you very well know.it also depends from where you have done MBA....................atleast 4 lakhs i think is the average what a MBA should get .but again its depends from where the MBA is done.RegardsRajeev................................ ...
