Default Visa Processing.

Hi Meghana,

I do not know if it was B1/H1/L1 visa that was rejected for ur team member. Dont worry, if it's rejected for the first time, he has ample chances of trying for the 2nd time with all docs in tact. Above all, the body lang and confidence matters a lot when a person stands in front of the interviewer at the Consulate..Let me know in case u need any kind of help reg this..wul be glad to give some suggestions for above mentioned visa types.

Reg,

Kavitha

Find out the reason why he got rejected

1.Whether he hold all documents properly
2.Is the company is paying the tax properly in US and he should expalin the project that he is going to work like client name
3.when the consulate people question him he shoul be reliable to the answers he should not blink or lie
4.IF he has already travelled to US he should hold all tax papers
5.They will not just reject visa they will give some papers to him in colours it will vary for different infos missing.

Hello All,

Thanks to All for the response.
We know the reason for not granting visa.
All the documents were provided to him n they were correct.
But just want to make sure that such things shouldnot happen with any other team member in future.

Thats why we would like to know about the association with Consulates.

Thanks
Meghaan
