Congratulations Katyana

Join my Hands in appreciating Ms.Katyana by taking a swift action as a moderator, when the same was required at the most.

I am referring to the below post

I raised my concern with the Moderator regarding the above post, as even after receiving 145 replies there was no qualitative steps taken by the concerned member, instead it sparked of a volatile debate among members that went up to exchange of some harsh language.

If anyone go through that post completely, you can find that 80% of the answers.

That post had a simple solution.

Dress Code Policy
Talk to Employee regarding in Private

Infact i have also mailed to the concerned member to talk to me, so that this much of conterversy would not have come.

Hats off to Katyana for Timely Action in this Regard
