| | Dear Neha,
There is a fear for getting a better and the best job of everyone of us initially but life is not about getting the one job or one company. We, in a corpporate world are in a rush of getting and reaping those crops too early for which we haven't worked out yet. My suggestion is to go for a job which give you the satisfactory amount to buy the daily needs, well in your case you will get more than that. You can do it, and if god has sent us here then he must have sent to earn the meal for the day. Do your best in your first organisation by the way you work and exploring your knowledge in the area you deal with and I am sure result will follow you. You can Win !!! |

| | Make your resume look and say wonderful words about you, list some achievements and some sort of responsibilities you ever had and succeeded as a managment student. Post it on naukri.com or any web portal. Find the fresher jobs there apply them... call them and seek an apointment by introducing yourself... Go for any interview... any GD based or any where so that you will not feel nervous in any good oportunity you get. Just concentrate that you have to make it, It seems hard but to get the best you have to do this. Leave no oportunity to say that you didn't .. or had you done this.. think positive and do good.. you will win on the day you think that you can do....
All the best !! |

| | A baby born in this world just now has no prior experience of breathing.
It cries but never give up
A baby has prior experience to walk. Tries falls down never give up
And going to scholl.....you deefinitely might have creid first day but never give up
And I can go on.
There will always be fear. When you overcome fear, you succeed.
Noone has joined in any company with prior experience!!
Shrug the fear element..that is dangerous
Go with confidence.....that is beautiful
Best wishes
Siva

| | Hey Neha,
Hope you institute provides you final placements.. Even if it doesn't, there is nothing to worry about..
At your stage along with clarity of concepts and bookish knowledge the most important thing is to get some experiential learning..
You have quite some time in hand... Do some practical projects, (Live projects are the best) and get hands on experience, they will really help you a lot... Its my personal experience.. You will have a lot to talk about in your interview..
Wish you Luck girl....

| | Hi Neha,
There is nothing to worry about at all. You could start as a recruiter and then gradually move in the role of a generalist HR. This would help you and boost your confidence as well. |
