Hi,

when you leave one company and join another company at that time new company where you have joined also gives you one form to filling up. in that form you are supose to write old company details and about your past PF account number so you need not to worry. without actual joining your PF cannot be transfered. coz it required both parties approvel so if one company gives transfer order of your PF account to PF dept but if another company is not giving the details regarding new joined candidate and request of PF account transfer of that candidate, your PF account can't be transfer. so you may join company C.

Dear Robust,

It's very simple process to get your PF account transferred from one company to anpther incese of change. As you have mentioned that you left a company and joined another and again left this company and join the new one. Steps what you have to take in such cases,

1. If your PF account doesn't carry a big amount of money, would always suggest to withdraw.
2. If it carries, keep continuous follow up with your second company, incase the required documents have already been submitted by the previous employer, to transfer the amount.
3. You may also directly approach to PF dept to get the information of processing, you need to know your PF no and incase you are having the reciept of submission, will hwlp you ti inquire.
4. Once the amount is transferred, you may ask the new employer to get your dues transferred from the second employer and the process will remain ssame.

Note : you may contact your X - Employer to enquire the submission of required documents and the existing one for transferring the account.

Please let me know, if this seems satisfactory.....

The form No 13 must be duly filled in by the employer and first of all employee should approach the HR Manager and tell him and get the pf transferred. unless and until you approach anybody will not take care. weather it may be you are transferring from 2 organizations or three or more than that.....

Hi,

Himangi has rightly mentioned that you need to check out transfer status, whether form - 13 has been processed or not, otherwise you need to get new pf a/c no. from Co. C

Default PF Transfer

Dear All,

Please note that if PF of Company A has trasferred to Company B and you joined Compay C. than the PF from Company B is to be transfered to the account of Compay C.

If the PF of Company A is not transferred to Company B and you have joined company C. in that case PF of Comapny A as well as Company B can be transferred directly to the account of Company C. in this case saperated PF Transfer form (Form-13) is to be filled and submitted pf authorities of Company C.

However, the PF authorities provides the information of fund transfer, it would be better to be in touch with the authorities for for getting the status.

Default PF

Hi,

Every company ahd a different P.F estd code that is prefixed with your PF account Number. In case you join company C it is the duty if Comoany C to prcess your transfer in Form - 13, which will require information of your previous PF account number in company B. If you have a PF account number in company B then the transfer takes place automatically from B to C through Form - 13. If You havn't yet received your Account Nomber in Company - B, then your primary duty would be to collect it and then apply for tranfer in Company C.
