hey everybodyand seniors,

all of us know how difficult and how important it is to get right Summer project for our MBA.

please find attached a resume of one of my friend's. Vikrant is doing MBA-HR from Pune and is need of Summer Project in HR.

i request you all to consider him incase there are any requirements in your respective groups.

hey guyz m doin my summer interns on topic recruitment and selection and benchmarking .can anyone help me to understand how would i relate benchmarking with all this.plz reply soon

For benchmarking Recruitment and selection... You will have to collect best recruitment and selection practices from a specified set of sample companies (preferable companies famous for best recruitment policies) and then compare these policies with the company you are working for.

You would have to make a questionnaire for the same. It can be either open ended or close ended or both. After collection of data and interpretation, you will need to give recommnedation from the information gained.

These is what you are supposed to do while undertaking a benchmarking project.
