ITS URGENT

HI ALL

I M TOTALLY CONFUSED IN SELECTING MY PROJECT TOPIC. I HAVE THREE TOPICS VIZ. HR AUDIT, COMPETENCY MAPPING AND 360 DEGREE APPRAISAL. I DECIDED TO DO THE PROJECT IN COIMBATORE. KINDLY TELL ME THE SUITABLE TOPIC AND ALSO ITS ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. ITS URGENT.

Dear Sam,

I can suggest you a good topic for your Project. Do a project on Conflict Management. It is very interesting, less people have done it, and it will fectch you good marks because, you see in 360 and Competency Mapping many people have done the project so a change of comparision sets in the mind of the professor, otherwise you can work on HR Audit. Do something new, you will always get better marks because professors will not have a project to set your benchmark. You will be setting the benchmark.

From the three topics you list, Competence Mapping, seems to be the need of the times. While you are doing this you will certainly get a reasonable insight into HR audit. Wish you luck.

I pefer you to First findout what is the requirement in the company....then select the topic...

If no option is available then HR Audit would be the one, i would have selected...its new & u can work more on it with your own thought process

If you are of a different category...like ctrl c ctrl v...then go for 360 or competancy mappin..u will get loads of material on it.
