 Need Opinion on Strange Situation
I am in a very strange situation, where I have to take a certain decision on one employee.
Before joining this Company, One employee was appointed by the company before my joining. Although company has the policy of Pre-employment Health medical Check up, and he also had undergone for the same and he was declare medically fit.
But after a time period of 1.5 year we came to know that he is having a very chronic typical disease which is related to some mental disorder. During that state of mind he forgots everything and start insulting everybody. How to tackle that situation I am in fix.
I seek your advise on the issue.
