What sort of Project are you doing is it Workers Training Programes(WTP) or Management Development Programmes (MDP) please specify.

yeah i am doing my project on "effect of training on blue collars" this a manufacturing unit and here workers are not much intrested in training program....i am pursuing my MBA and doing my summer training here...plz help me so that i can make my project real time......
