You need to mention the concerned area which you are willing to do the Project. I can suggest some of the concerned area--

1. ROI after Training.
2. Post & Pre effects of M&A with parallel to Training & Development.
3. future of Virtual Training & Development.
4. Impact of Games in T&D.
