We are an edible oil industry, till now we are a family own business. Now we are passing through our tranisition phase so we are looking for Sr. HR personnel who can understand our organisation behaviour and can support us in developing HR Systems and policies.
As I said, we are passing through a tranisition phase so ofcourse there is a resistance to change. Management here understands the importance of HR but because of lack of understanding in subject, they are lacking confidence in giving rights required to develop the system. So the person we are looking for, needs to be mature and confident enough to win the trust of management and develop a system which is beneficial for management as well as employee.
To meet the purpose we are looking for some Sr. professional, who can serve us as consultant, who can support us in developing HR system and policy.. Who can convienence the management, win their trust and make them understand the improtance and functionality of HR.
Instead of employing a person directly it is better that his consultation is taken to build a level of trust and understanding between both (employee/HR and Management).
