Hi Ramya,

I would like to share an activity thatw e do in our organiastion on monthly basis and is a lot of fun.
We call this as Aa-mil-ga, mate!, it is in layman term ragging for new joinees.
Every month we have few people joining in and at the end of each month we spare 2 hours (any saturday) and organise this event.

All the new joinees, irrespective of whatever level they join at, are asked to perform something and introduce them selves to all the oldies.
If well prepared, it is a lot of fun and helps in bonding of new joinees.

You may want to try it.

Regards
Bhavna

Hi Nidhi,

You've used the word "Weather" instead of "Whether" a common problem in written English.

Weather applies to climatic condition and whether a is an interrupter in English Grammar.

Find attached the Common mistakes we tend to do while writing English.

why do u need excitement at workplace, its a hotel or waht..?? employees come to work there and when HR makes them play , what does it mean.. ???

Ravi, haven’t you heard of this, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Employees need a change too. R/ Ramya
