I am Bharathi working as a Trainer, even I also felt the same dreth of fun in our office and thought of having fun by coducting fun activitie:-P .
These activities will defnetily give the positive vibration s at the work place and my opinion is thet every organization should focus even on fun at work also.I really appriciate you for coming up with the thought of changing the work atnosphere.
I think the attachment on work at games will help you.
I would like to share an activity thatw e do in our organiastion on monthly basis and is a lot of fun.
We call this as Aa-mil-ga, mate!, it is in layman term ragging for new joinees.
Every month we have few people joining in and at the end of each month we spare 2 hours (any saturday) and organise this event.
All the new joinees, irrespective of whatever level they join at, are asked to perform something and introduce them selves to all the oldies.
If well prepared, it is a lot of fun and helps in bonding of new joinees.
You may want to try it.
